Piano tuning is the act of making minute adjustments to the tensions of the strings of an acoustic piano to properly align the intervals between their tones so that the instrument is in tune.

Voicing

Voicing is the art of adjusting the tone of the piano without affecting pitch. Voicing can even the tone of the piano to sound mellow or bright.

Regulation

Action regulation is the adjusting the approximately 8,000 parts that make up the piano's action mechanism so that the piano plays properly. The action of a piano consists of the keys, hammers, and other levers and springs that move the hammers to the strings when the keys are played.

Repair

Repair of the piano includes hammer and flange replacement, key top replacement, action rebuilds, and full restringing.
